Wiggins has indicated he is about to <br />retire and enjoy the warm sunshine of Arizona, and <br />I1PrPtt 8, he has declined re- appointment to the Redevelopment <br />Commission of the City of South Bend, and <br />04rrpMB, he has been a member of the Redevelopment Commission <br />since the year 1963, and has served as President of the Com- <br />mission five (5) years and Vice President five (5) years during <br />that time, and <br />4prpa S, he has left his imprint of the redevelopment of the <br />CW City of South Bend during that time, and <br />011prut$, the Commission will not have the benefit of his <br />experience, his counsel and his advice, and <br />04prPMS, the Commission and the citizens of South Bend are <br />indebted to him for his labors and his devotion during his <br />tenure as a member of the Commission, <br />Notu.04Prefilrp, SP 3t NesoIitrb . . . that the Redevelopment Com- <br />mission of the City of South Bend, in regular meeting assembled, <br />does hereby adopt this Resolution of commendation and thanks to <br />Donald A.
