of full compliance by the LPA with regulations of the Department <br />of Housing and Urban Development effectuating Title VI of the <br />Civil Rights Act of 1964 and applicable Executive Orders. <br />2. That an amendatory application on behalf of the LPA <br />for a loan under Section 102(a) of said Title I and for a <br />project capital grant, a relocation grant, and a Federal grant <br />for the making of rehabilitation grants to the full amount avail- <br />able for undertaking and financing the Project is hereby approved, <br />and that the Executive Director of the LPA is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute and to file such amendatory application <br />with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, to provide <br />such additional information and to furnish such documents as may <br />be required in behalf of said Department, and to act as the author- <br />ized correspondent of the LPA. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission, held on July 1, 1976, at the Office of the Commission, <br />1200 County -City Building, 227 W.
