RESOLUTION NO. 509 V RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, accepts with regret the notice from Reverend Willie V. Williams that he will not be available to serve as a Commissioner of the Department of Redevelopment during the year 1975. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees extends its congratulations and appreciation to Reverend Willie V. Williams for his loyal, unselfish, and devoted service to the people of the City of South Bend during the 1 past six (6) years as a Redevelopment Commissioner. The citizens of today and tomorrow are indebted to Reverend Willie V. Williams for his unselfish civic leadership. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees requests the members of the Redevelopment Commission to provide an appropriate ceremony at its next meeting commend- ing Reverend Willie V. Williams. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this Reso- lution be spread on the Minutes of the Board of Trustees and a copy be dispatched to Reverend Willie V. Williams and the President of the Redevelopment Commission. Adopted this 9th day of December, 1974, at the South Bend Redevelopment Trustees Annual Meeting, at its Office located at 1200 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana.
