RESOLUTION NO. 484 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE RE- DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DISPOSITION OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED (S) FOR THE TRANSFER OF TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R -57 WHEREAS, the City of is carrying out the Urban Park Project, pursuant to Indiana R -57 adopted by t Indiana by Resolution No. and South Bend Department of Redevelopment Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle the Urban Renewal Plan for Project No. he Council of the City of South Bend, 127 -66 on the 24th day of January, 1966; WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for re- development by public or private agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the provisions of said plan; and WHEREAS, the following redevelopers have submitted a proposal to redevelop certain parcels within the LaSalle Park Project and that said proposal has been processed in accordance with all applicable Statutes of the State of Indiana and rules and regulations and the Federal Statutes governing the sale of Urban Renewal land with said parcels being: REDEVELOPER PARCEL NO.
