RESOLUTION NO. 457 <br />Ic RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, APPROVING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDATORY CONTRACT NO. 1 WITH THE UNITED STATES OF <br />AMERICA FOR NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, IND. A -10 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission governing body <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (hereinafter called <br />"Commission "), has fully considered the proposed Amendatory Contract Nun <br />ber 1 for Neighborhood Development Project (NDP), Indiana A -10 (hereinafter <br />called "Amendment ") which is incorporated in this Resolution by reference: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission: <br />SECTION 1. Approves and shall enter into, with the United States <br />of America (hereinafter called "Government "), a proposed Amendment for NDP, <br />Indiana A -10. <br />SECTION 2. The President (or, in his absence, the Vice President) <br />ILof the Commission is authorized and directed to execute two counterparts of <br />the proposed Amendment and that the Secretary of the Commission is author- <br />ized and directed to attest such counterparts; and the Executive Director <br />is hereby authorized and directed to send said counterparts, together with <br />all related documents to the Government and to act as correspondent for the <br />Commission in all matters pertaining thereto; and <br />SECTION 3.
