a F ' RESOLUTION NO. 451 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COM- MISSION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDATORY CONTRACT NO. 2 FOR THE MODEL CITIES CODE ENFORCE- MENT PROJECT, INDIANA E - 5 WHEREAS, under the date of May 24, 1973 the Department of Hous- ing and Urban Development (HUD) allocated an additional $52,639.00 as a grant to assist in the financing of the subject Code Enforcement Project; and WHEREAS, $52,500.00 of this additional grant is for rehabilitation grants, which is 100% (per cent) reimbursable by the Department of Housing and Urban Development; and WHEREAS, HUD has tendered to the City of South Bend, Indiana an Amendatory Contract identified as Indiana E -5 (AMT -2) to incorp- orate said additional grant into the original contract; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission governing body of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment that said Amendatory Contract No. 2 is approved and the authority is given to submit said contract to the Mayor and Common Council and to HUD for their approval. Adopted at the Special meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on June 22,1973, in the office of the Redevelopment Commission, Room 1200, County City Building, 227 W.
