SECTION IV. The purpose of the vacation of the real property is to hopefully <br />eliminate existing problems of public misuse as a "dumping ground" for trash and other <br />unwanted materials on the alley and in the rear yards of our properties immediately <br />adjacent to this alley, and to prevent further vagrancy and illegal behavior by eliminating <br />public access at this location. This will allow us through fencing and landscaping to <br />improve the appearance of our properties. <br />SECTION V.
