The following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit: Lots Numbered Thirty -Five (35) and Thirty -Six (36) as shown on the recorded Original Plat of the Town, now City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, except a strip of land 21 feet in width East and West, taken off of and from the entire East end of said lots, more particularly described as follows: North on and along the West line of Lots 35 and 36, a distance of 132.45 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 36; thence East on and along the North line of Lot 36 a dis- tance of 144.73 feet to a point that is 21.0 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 36; thence South a distance of 132.45 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 35, that is 21.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 35; thence West on and along the South line of said lot 35 a distance of 144.73 feet to the point of beginning. A part of the 14 foot wide alley that is known as Rasmussen Court and the Eastern 21 feet of hots Numbered Thirty -five (35) and Thirty -six (36) of the Original Plat of the Town (now City) of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particu- larly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 25 of the Original Plat of the Town (now City) of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana; thence South a distance of 132.45 feet along the East line of said alley to the Southwest corner of Lot 26; thence West a distance of 35.0 feet along the prolongation of the South line of Lot 26; thence North a distance of 132.45 feet and parallel to the West line of the alley; thence East a distance of 35.0 feet along the prolongation of the North line of Lot 36 to the point of beginning.
