That it is hereby found and determined that the objectives of the Monroe <br />Sample Development Plan cannot be achieved through more extensive <br />rehabilitation of the Project Area. <br />4. That it is estimated that the cost of acquiring the property being added to <br />the acquisition list is $750.00. <br />5. That the Monroe Sample Development Plan, as previously amended and as <br />amended by pages 6 and 12 of said plan as attached hereto, is hereby in all <br />respects approved and the Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified <br />copy of said Development Plan, as amended, with the minutes of this <br />meeting. <br />6.
