South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2429 related to acquisition <br />of property in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Setting the offering <br />price for 118 N. Main St.) <br /> <br />Ms. Laurent noted that Resolution No. 2429 <br />sets the offering price of 118 N. Main St. at <br />$102,500 determined by the average of two <br />MAI appraisals. An offer to purchase will be <br />drafted by legal counsel that outlines that our <br /> 5 <br /> <br />
