Main St. to List of <br />Properties to Be Acquired) <br /> <br />Ms. Laurent noted that Resolution No. 2425 <br />amends the South Bend Central Development <br />Area Development Plan to include one parcel <br />on the List of Properties To Be Acquired. <br />The address of the parcel is 118 N. Main St., <br />a surface parking lot owned and operated by <br />John Coyne, adjacent to the JMS Building. <br />John Freidline, owner of the JMS Building, <br />has requested the city’s assistance in <br />brokering a transaction between himself and <br />John Coyne of Ampco Parking that will <br />allow for increased certainty in the provision <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
