REGULAR MEETING JULY 10 2012 231 <br />APPROVAL OF LONG -TERM OCCUPANCY PERMIT — NORTH LANE OF NAPOLEON <br />BOULEVARD AND WEST LANE OF DUEY STREET <br />Mr. Anthony Molnar, Engineering, advised that the Board is in receipt of a Long -Term <br />Occupancy Permit application from HighlineUS, Post Office Box 6397, South Bend, Indiana <br />46660, for occupancy of the north lane of Napoleon Boulevard and the west lane of Duey Street <br />for the purpose of construction of Phase 11 of Legends Row Condo Development. The <br />completion date of this permit is set for March, 2013. Mr. Gilot stated the Board would need to <br />set the bond amount. He noted this is the second phase of the project and recommended that the <br />bond be set for the same amount as the first phase. He requested the Clerk of the Board research <br />the previous records and set the bond for the same amount. Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, <br />seconded by Mr. Inks, and carried, the permit was approved with the bond amount set for the <br />same amount as the previous permit, and subject to an indemnification form. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following traffic <br />control devices were approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Handicapped Accessible Parking Space Sign <br />LOCATION: 1339 East Fox Street <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met <br />REMOVAL/ <br />INSTALLATION: Stop Sign <br />LOCATION: Removal of Stop Sign on Northeast Corner of Franklin <br />Street and Stull Street; Installation of Stop Sign on <br />Northwest Comer of Franklin Street and Stull Street <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roos and carried, the following traffic <br />control device was approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Residential Parking Only Signs <br />LOCATION: E.
