This event will allow South Bend <br /> residents to speak directly to the mayor and department heads about municipal issues. <br /> The event will be held Wednesday,July 25 in the City's 51h Common Council District, <br /> which is represented by Councilman Dr. David Varner. The event is open to all residents. <br /> The location of the event is 321 East Walter Street. Residents can speak to the mayor from <br /> 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sign-up is on a first-come, first-serve basis for five minute <br /> discussions with the mayor. <br /> Representatives from various city departments are available to speak to residents and <br /> people can receive information about departmental projects and programs.
