I <br />City Civil Engineer F. J. Anderson reported the following tabul at ions <br />can bids received Tuesday April 15th. ,1919 and the awards were made : as follows: - <br />Concerning the Improvement of the roadway of Calvert Street .from <br />Michigan Street to High Street with asphalt, as�040ti_cconcrete, Bitulithic <br />enneret a or brick in pursuance to res olut ion No.. 621 the Board on the 15th. , day of <br />April 1919 pub; icly opened and read and considered all bids, and then continued <br />their meeting to this 16th. , day of April 1919. <br />Now On the last named date the Board designated Asphaltic concrete'µ' <br />as the. kind of pavement with which said street is to be improved and fixes the 28th. <br />day : of April 1918 at 10: 00 A.M. as the time when petition for changing the kind of <br />Pavement must --be filed, s'Lnd the Board hereby c ont inues this matter until the 29th. , dp <br />day of April 1919 at 10:00 A.M. Webster. <br />Bids on High Street pipe sewer above estimated cost, bids rejected <br />and by unanimous consent of the Board resolution was rescinded. <br />Mr. Fred W. Keller appeared before the Board in regard to agree- <br />ment for street intersections on Edgewater Place as follows:- <br />
