<br />'Said alley shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be: paved;.

<br />tersect said alley shall be graded and,paved. The paving material to be used in making
<br />said _ tprove.ment shall be -Portland cement, 6 onaret9, Sheet AsphvJt, Bitulithic,
<br />Asphaltic concrete ' or brick, and the f oundat ion shall be - pertlend cement concrete
<br />five ,(5) inches thick for the sheet asphalt, bitulithic, aspha tic concrete and brick ,
<br />or r4lled._ gravel six (6) `inches thick for the Brick; also `storm water inlets and can
