<br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND COUNTY OF
<br />ST. JOSE-PH STATE, OF INDIANA, That, the "construction of a local sewer, intended and
<br />adapted for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and not
<br />intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be and .the same
<br />Is,, hereby ordered in and along Monroe Street , Edgs*ster Dk1ve, River - Avenue,,
<br />and Arch Avenue in Edgewater Place A ddition as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the
<br />intersection of-tho.Sts.-Joseph-River-and-monpoe Street thence southerly to the
<br />center line of-MoWa*.Street . and -Edgewater Drive with a; 15 inch pipe sewer ; thence
<br />southly along Edgewater -Di1ve to.�the _ -center of Arch SLtreet with a 12 inch vitrified
