<br />LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 653. ,
<br />Resolved , by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, .State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer, in-
<br />tended and adapted for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon,
<br />and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be and the
<br />same is, hereby ordered in and along Linden Avenue from Meade Street to a point
<br />65 feet west of the west line of Olive Street as follows, towit:
<br />Beg inning at the
<br />intersection of the center line of Meade Street and Linden Avenue; thence east,
<br />along the center line of Linden Avenue to a point 65 feet west of the west line of
<br />Olive Street with a, 12 ,-inch v itrif ied pipe sower; together with the necessary manholes,
<br />storm water inlets, conduits, flush tanks and house connections to the ciirb line
<br />along the line 'of- said improvement, all.as more particularly shown and all dn
