Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 636 for the sidewalk improrfinent on the westside of Michigan Street from the south 1 ine of 3rd. Add it ion to Oskside to a point 750 feet south of the south line of Chiipewa Avenue, in the City of Suth Bend, IndIana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strace was filed.: 'And the IBoard being fully advised in -the premises, decides that.the benefits to property liable to beassessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and therm upon takes -fetal action .on said; resolution .is "or iginally`:adopted, ,and the same is hereby in ,all : hh ings rat: if led, , c on firmed and approved. Same read and placed on file.
