Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present. Mr. R. R, Smith, Gen'l. Mgr. of the Chicago, South 13en� &.Northern Indiana_Railway Company appeared before the Board at their request. And the_metter of the sidetrack on Greenlawn Avenue off of Mishawaka Avenue was discussed and he advised the Board that his company, intended to use this sidetrack for to, ruik cars into: their property, v petition -filed by John J.. Ol jniezak Councilman 6th. , Yard and Jahn Kush Councilman at large for lights on the following streets. Same were ordered placed.. Remove light from Corner Meade Street and'Poland Street to Dvm:ham Street and Meade Street, Place large light- at corner of Meade St. and Ford Street. Place small light at corner of Jackson and Ford Street. Place small light at corner of Brookfield and Ford Street. - place large light at 1st. alley cast of Walnut Street and Poland St. Place small Might at cor. Libert and Dunham Street. Petition received read and referred t_o the City Engineer for a resolution on the opening of Huron Street from Koscisuzko Street to Walnut Street. The Board ordered a thirty day (30) day notice sent to party owing . property at the corner of Brookfield Street and Huron Street on the north side, and if the same is not put in the Board will order this in under City contract. THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 25th. , daft of February 19190 by and between Michael Kelley, hereinafter designated as party of the first part and Lydia Garwood , hereinafter designated as party of the second part.
