--41.32 <br />Board met' in special session. at 7:15 P.M. Mr.. H. F. Rostiser <br />absent . <br />Q.; <br />This 'being the date for informal hearing -for cans iderat ion of <br />petition for pavement. on Dayton Street from Michigan Street to Miami Street. <br />A number of interested property owners appeared and a majotit>y of same were in <br />favor of said Strut being paved. The Board advised the property owners that a <br />resolution would be ordered for the paving od said street --later. <br />Thisbe ing the date for the s ono iderat ion of the petition for <br />the paving of Calvert Street from Michigan Street,tp Rush Street. All property <br />owners present mere :� favor of this improvement being put in this year, providing <br />a culvert was built dr.e n.the Bowman Creak in -Studebaker Park..-_ The Board advised <br />the property owners to.get a petition to the County Commissioners to start the <br />erection of a culvert, and ,that they would start an, improvement resolution as soon <br />as property owners had taken this natter up with the County -Commissioners and <br />that they would erect,a culvert over Bowman Creek, so•that CSalvert Street could <br />be paved clear through. Property owners agreed to take this -matter votwith the <br />County Commissioners 6t their next regular session, and report to the Board. <br />. <br />
