<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0,603,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, that it is�dosired and doomed necessary'to improve
<br />Ford Street from Kosciusz
<br />ko Street toOliveStreet as follows, towit:_
<br />Said street
<br />shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved; and also the roadway of
<br />certain portions of the streets and.alleys' which onter.or iiateresoct said street
<br />shall be #raded and paved4 The paving material to be used in making'said improve -
<br />men , t shall be Sheet Aslbhalt, Bitulithic, asphaltic concrete or brick, and the
<br />foundation shall, be Portland cement concrete five (5) inches thick for the Sheet
<br />Asphalt, bitulit'hid,,, asphaltic concrete and brick,, or rolled grave six inches'
<br />thick for brick; alsoo-thd cement curb now in place on said street shall be taken
<br />out and a concrete 'combination curb and gutter shall be constructed along said
<br />street; storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed where necessary-; all,
<br />manhol-e tops and storm water inlets shall be set .to., the prop6r-grado; cement margin-
<br />al curb shall be set to the proper grade; cement marginal curb shall be constructed
<br />at all streets and alleys where neeessary, all as is more particularly shown and all
<br />in accordance with the planss profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file
<br />in the Office 'of the Department df Public Works of the City of South Bond, Indiana.
