Board met in special hearing for the consideration of the paving- <br />of several streets•in the City. All members present:. Meeting adjourned to the <br />Common Council chambers <br />r <br />r <br />The streets up for consideration *were as follows Olive Street <br />from Lincoln Way Went `to Sample Street, Linden; Avenue from Walnut, Street to <br />@Pinkler's Factory. Huron Street from Kosciuszko Street to Meade Street, Ford Street <br />from Kosciuszko Street to Olive Street andSamStreet from Walnut Street to Otto <br />Street, and Walnut from nsampie Street to Division. -Street. A great number of <br />interested property owners appeared, and the Board after hearing the interested <br />property owners in regard to the paving of the above streets, the 3Baard advised <br />them that resolutions were be prepared and a regular set for>said;improvements, <br />when remonstrances rD-gld be received and placed on fide. A majority of property <br />owners present were in favor of paving. <br />HearlAg had on aassesssmeut r,Qll, and final estimate for pipe sewer <br />on Columbia Street from Indiana Avenue to 70 feet, north of Duball Avenue , under <br />Improvement Resolution No. 582 In the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />In the above matter property ownerso appeared and rem0nstr@,t6dc, <br />against the amount of their assessments. The Board after due cons iderat ion decided <br />to defer all action on said assessment roll until Tuesday January 22nd. ,1919 at <br />10: 00 A.M. <br />President. <br />
