De Haven with the County Commissioners in - the � meeting ° heir.. with• the • County, Cnmmlss loners on the 2nd. , day of December 1Q18 it°ras°agreed that�the,County•Surveyor•was to go ahead and make the necessary improvement at the; end• of -'Portage Avenue pavement by grading the approach 9 of the Portage Avenue road dawn-to.the-Cityts•grade. ,The County to stand one half of the cast ° and the ° C ity` to' stand ° one ° half ° was - approvedsprov idtg payment of C ity' portion was lsga�l, under opinion to- be rendered by -City Attorney T. W. Slick. Bruno De Peape-contractor appeared before the Board and took up the matter of the White Construction Company owing him a bill for extras on the contract they had in this City on Dubail Avenue pavement,also for extra work on Calvert Street pavement. The Beard instructed the City Engineer to have the work Bruno De Peape put in on. Dubail Avenue for the White Construction Company checked over, and in regard to the Calvert Street matter, nLthing was granted by the Board.
