Basin, Storm Sewer and Site Grading - The ENGINEER will include general instructions <br />for pipe backfill and compaction, final grades and temporary seeding. <br />B. TASK 2 — RULE 5 PERMIT <br />The ENGINEER shall prepare and submit the application and back -up documentation for Rule 5 <br />- Erosion Control Permit. <br />1. Prepare a Project Location Map. <br />2. Prepare Plan and Profile Sheets and Erosion Control Plans to show existing vegetation, <br />drainage patterns, adjacent land use, storm water discharge locations, ultimate receiving <br />waters, the proposed storm water system, construction details of outlet protection below <br />the storm water outlets and watercourses on and adjacent to the project site. <br />(aw 3. The erosion control plan will show the location, dimensions and construction details for <br />the initial perimeter protection. The plan shall also show the location, dimensions and <br />construction details of all Temporary Erosion Control Measures. <br />4. Provide the specifications and Details for proposed Storm Inlet Protection, Stable <br />construction entrances and erosion and sediment control on individual lots, as required. <br />5. Provide maps showing the Floodplains, Floodways, and Floodway Fringes. <br />6. Determine soil types within the project area. <br />7. Provide a schedule when disturbed areas will be stabilized and specifications for <br />permanent seeding. <br />8. Delineate the disturbed and preserved areas and proposed locations of soil stockpiles and <br />borrow areas. <br />9. Complete permit application form. <br />C. TASK 3 — BID PHASE AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE OFFICE SERVICES <br />1. The ENGINEER will attend the Pre -bid meeting. The ENGINEER will collect contractor <br />questions as they occur. The ENGINEER shall address any contractor questions in the <br />form of a published addendum(s). The ENGINEER shall publish addendum(s) for the <br />project as necessary. The ENGINEER will attend the bid opening and assist in the <br />review of all bids, providing OWNER with a written recommendation as to which is the <br />lowest qualified and responsive bidder for the scope of work identified herein. <br />
