<br />Ms. Greene noted that all of the quotes exceed the $75,000.00 quote limit. Mr. Carl Littrell,
<br />Engineering, asked if the excessive amounts included all of the alternates. Ms. Greene stated the
<br />Base Bid was okay, but when the alternates were added in, they exceeded the limit. She
<br />questioned if this was a divisible quote. Mr. Littrell stated it is, and the Base Bid is sufficient,
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above Quotations were
<br />referred to Engineering for review and recommendation. Mr. Littrell informed the Clerk of the
<br />Board that he would not be awarding the quote today as scheduled.
