<br />That it is desirable to ve'cate the f ollawing: - Oliver Street from Kemble Avenue to
<br />Webster --Street as follows:t#-wit:
<br />Beg inning at the intersection of the north line of
<br />Oliver Street and the west line of. Kenble Avenue; thence west on the north line of
<br />Oliver Street to the south west corner of let 40- in Liddesdale.Addition; thence south
<br />60 feet to the south line of Oliver Street; thence east on the, south liir, of said Oliver
<br />Street to a point south of beginning; thence north 60 Feet to the -place of beginning.
<br />The following property may be inl)urously or beneficially affected such
<br />vacations All of lots 7,8,21,22,24,45,42,41 and 40 in Liddesdale-Addition. Also. b-egin-
<br />ning at he intersection; of the west line of Kemble Avenue and the• south line of . Oliver
<br />Street; thence south on the west lire of Kemble Avenue to the north line of DrrAid Streji�
<br />as new platted; thence west on the north line of Donald Street and said line produced west
<br />to the east line of Webster Street as now platted; thence north. on said east line of
