High Street from -Bowman Street to Ewing Avenue, Ewing Avenue from High Street to Miami Street, Miami Street fromEwing Avenue to South City Limits, Donald Street from High Street ; altge:ld Street from Miami Street to west line of Weidler's Addition, Victoria Street from Miami Street to west line of Weidler's Addition, MAxtivitz and the alley west of Hale Avenue from Ewing Avenue to Victoria, Street, $11 in the City of South Bend, Ind iana, under. Improvement Resolution No. 503,,1917. Resolved that notices as to the amounts of assessments as required by law. -be publihed on the 16th., day of September 1918 and on -the 23rd. day of September 1918 in the South Bend Daily Tribune, -stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessment at its office in the City Hail on the 2nd. day of October 1918 at 7:15 P.M. Resolved further, .thatthe entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed..
