29 The Board ordered that the City Contractor be notified to construct curb and walk a.t'southwest corner of Dunham Street and Pulaski Street. The following resalut ions was approved by the Board. RES0LUTI0N.` It was unanimously decided by the. Board of Public Works, that resolution Ns. 584 for water conneetions on. Portage Avenue between alley north of Kinyon Street and CityLimits, be modified as recommended by the City Superintendent of Water Worms.under date of August 28th.,1918, the same to read as follows:-• That all water taps to be put in on Portage Avenue under Improvement -Resolution No. 584 to be One ( 1" ) ineh- tap and One (1) tip, the number and kind of -tap to be installed are shown by red inkk on said resolution. . The C it,,r Engineer -submitted the list of property owners in the natter of the appropriation of certain property under Condemnation Resolution We. 51 for the Widening of Oakland Street from St. Joseph River is 'Mishawaka Avenue as per resolution on page 22a of this record, Which list includes the names of the owners and holders of property and of interests therein sought to be taken or beneficially affected, and the descriptiox of the several pieces of property which is affected by the said anprepri- ation proceedings. Thereupon the Board proceeded to award the damages sustained and to assess the benefits accruing to `each piece of property upon said list.
