247 1« The Board instructed the Clerk to notify all property owners owning property on South Michigan Street from Dsnmoyer Avenue to the City limits, to be present at their . regular session to be held Wednesday July 31st. ,1918 at 7:15 P.M. It was resolved by the Beard, that the Street Commissioner be ordered to erect a temporary fence_ in front of. lots 78, 79 and 80 in Sub. D iv is ion Cin River Park and along the adjoining alley, this being the -land described in a contract executed on September 17,1917 between Pred Corporan of the City of South Bend, Indiana and the Board of Public Works of the City of South.
