19n.. Board met in regular hearing at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Hear igghad on isoot ment roll and final estimate for water connections on Jefferson Blvd. from Michigan Street to Bridge over St. Joseph River under`Imorovement Resolution No 567. In the`City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter a remonstrator appeared but no written remon- strance was ,filed. The Board therefore find that the ,property assessed in said roll filed May 7th. ,1918'. is benef itted in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed May 7th. ,1918 and the fin4lestimate allowed May 7th.,1918 shoyld be and _the laze are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on Portage Avenue from StokerPlace to alley north of Kinyvn Street, under Improvement Resolution to, 560. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. ' In the above matter no remonstrratore appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls ;filed May 7th.,1918 is benef itted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls; and the Board further find that that the assessments roll filed May 7th., 1918 and the final estimate allowed May 7th.,1918 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for water connections on Blaine Avenue from Lincoln Way West to La Porte Avenue, under Improve rent resolution No. 572. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed May 7th.,1916 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed May 7th.01918 and the final estimate allowed May 7th.,1918 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for sewer connections on Jefferson Blvd. from Michigan Street to east line of Bridge over the St. Joseph River, under Improvement Resolution No. 567. In the City of South Bend Indiana. 4 The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed May 7th.,1918 is benef itted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed May 7th.01918 and the final estimate allowed May 7th., 1918 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, cggf irmed and approved. Hearing had on resolution for the pavement on Bartlett Street from Michigan Street to Lafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 575. In the CityffSouth Bend, Indiana. the -above matter remonstratore appeared -Nand a written remon- strance was filed. The Board after hearing interested property owners for said improvement and remonstrators decided to defer said hearing until Wednesday June 26th. ,1918 at 7:15 P.U. Hearing had on Resolution for pavement improvement on Dayton Street from Miami Street to Michigan Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 576 In , the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter a number of resident property owners appeared and remonstrated against said improvement and remonstaranced filed April 16t h.,1918 and May 21st. ,1918 were sustained by the Board and the Board after due consideration decided unanimously to rescind all action on said resolution.
