<br />on Hervey Street from Allen Street to Blaine Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and as written remonstrance
<br />was filed. And the Berard be ing fully advised in -the promises, decides that the benefits.
<br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cast
<br />of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer and thereupon takes :final action

<br />mated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final
<br />action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things
