The bid amount was $296,950. <br />Upon review of the bid package, it was determined Mulder Waterproofing and Sealants cannot <br />meet the requirements of the Responsible Bidder Ordinance. The contractor does not belong to <br />an apprenticeship program recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor. As such, the bid was <br />rejected during the 2/7/19 Board of Public Works Agenda Review session. <br />Subsequently, as no bids were received for Division B, the Open Market contracting method <br />was used to secure a quote from Mulder Waterproofing and Sealants in the amount of <br />$296,950.
