Version 6-8-2017 <br />APPENDIX "D" <br />Compensation <br />A. AMOUNT OFPAYMENT <br />1. The CONSULTANT shall receive as payment for the work performed under this Agreement the <br />total fee not to exceed li +1 f5 unless a modification of the Agreement is approved in writing <br />by the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY. <br />2. The CONSULTANT will be paid for the work performed under this Agreement in accordance <br />with the following estimates: <br />Phase I: <br />a. Appraising $ 46,620.00 <br />31 Parcels (fees based on INDOT fee schedule dated 9/2017 with no markup); <br />i. Waiver Valuations (18 parcels at $630 per parcel) <br />ii.Value Findings (8 parcels at $1,785 per parcel) <br />iii. Short Forms (5 parcels at $4,200 per parcel) <br />b. Review Appraisals $ 17,160.00 <br />13 Parcels (fees based on INDOT fee schedule dated 9/2017 with no markup); <br />i. Value Findings (8 parcels at $895 per parcel) <br />ii. Short Forms (5 parcels at $2,000 per parcel) <br />C. Management and Supervision $ 32,550.00 <br />31 Parcels at $1,050 per parcel <br />d. Buying $ 55,335.00 <br />31 Parcels (fees based on INDOT fee schedule dated 9/2017 with no markup); <br />i. Partial Acquisitions (31 parcels at $1,785 per parcel) <br />B. METHOD OFPAYMENT <br />1. The CONSULTANT may submit a maximum of one invoice voucher per calendar month for <br />work covered under this Agreement. The invoice voucher shall be submitted to the LOCAL <br />PUBLIC AGENCY. The invoice voucher shall represent the value, to the LOCAL PUBLIC <br />AGENCY, of the partially completed work as of the date of the invoice voucher. The <br />CONSULTANT shall attach thereto a summary of each pay item in Section A.2. of this <br />Appendix, percentage completed and prior payments. <br />22 <br />
