Engineer: Forum Architects, LLC <br />d. Project: O'Brien Recreational Center Renovations <br />2. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />In order to determine where the sanitary lines run and verify the conditions of <br />the existing sanitary lines, Forum Architects will be hiring a subcontractor to <br />run a camera down the existing sanitary lines at the main toilet rooms for the <br />proposed new locker rooms. <br />2. In order to determine the existing conditions within the corridor walls adjacent <br />to the gym area, Forum Architects will be hiring a subcontractor to do a circuit <br />trace, etc. to determine locations for the new windows to overlook the existing <br />gym area. <br />b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner <br />shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: Two <br />Thousand, Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars. <br />5.
