CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING JANUARY 29, 2019 24 1 A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Member Suzanna Fritzberg and Board President Gary Gilot present. Board Members Laura O'Sullivan and Therese Dorau were absent. The meeting was held in the 131h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. APPROVE CLAIMS Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy.
