COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Ms. Jones asked that item 6.E.(1) be moved to the top of <br />New Business and then tabled. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Alford <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission approved <br />moving item 6E (1) to the top of New Business. <br />E.
