A.D. 191-1 <br />the =V AMSTERDAM CASUEff- CO ANY became suretyon the bond of FLOND C. MOL99 covering <br />a certain permit to occupy a public street For {the purpose .of storing building' material <br />and construction of a building in the City of South Bend, Indiana,, said bond being in fav o7 <br />of the City of South Band, Indiana,, tnd in the penalty of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. - <br />THAT the said NEW AMSTERDAM CASUALTY COMPANY, as surety - aforesa id des ire& <br />and elects to terminate its liability under the said bond and the object of this notice <br />is to so notify the said CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IND IANA: <br />THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN, that from and after the expiration of thirty <br />days after receipt of this notice the said NEW AMSTERDAM CASULLTY COMPANY shall not <br />consider itself liable upon . the aforesaid bond. <br />SIGNED AND SEALED this 26th. day of February.A.D. Same read and placed on f ile. <br />The Bard ordered that the 'Are light At the intersection of Bridge .Street <br />and La Salle Avenue should be d iseont inued and that the�Ind iana & Michigan Electric Co <br />be notified to d isc ont inue same, and to install four eighty (4-80) C. P. lamps on <br />the La Salle Avenue Race Bridge, same type of lamp as on Lafayette Btvd., <br />President. <br />
