In the City of _South Bend, Indiana <br />In the above matter remonstrators appearedry but no written remon- <br />strance was f iled..The Board after due cons iderat ion decided to defer the eonf irmat ion <br />and approval of said assessment roll until Tuesday February 12th.,1918 at 10:00 A.Y. <br />_ The Board instructed the clerk to notify lac. Goo. Harrop of the National <br />Company, Contractors on Portage Avenue Trunk sewer, and Mr. H. N. Barnes, Contractor <br />on Grading of Portage Avenue to appear before the 'Hoard Tuesday February 12th. 1918 <br />at 10: 00 A.M. <br />The Following resolution was approved by the Board. <br />R E S 0 L U T I0N <br />Resolved by the Board, #fit the Studebaker C%rp©rat ion of America, <br />be granted permission to cross Tutt Street at the intersection of the Studebaker Railway <br />for the -purpose of laying a- pipe tunnel across said street.- This street `to be closed <br />temporarily For a period of Five (5) days if necessary.
