Woodward appearedbefore the Board and eompj fined <br />of electric light ost on North Shore Br_ive just west of Ry. crossing, <br />which stands in wa of tree. The 'Board instructed the Clerk to notify the <br />electric company and have a report on same. ° <br />Attorney H. A. 'fair and Mr. Carr representing the Chicago, <br />South Bend & Northern Indiana Ry. Company appeared before the Board, in regard <br />60 the expense of paving that portion Jefferson Blvd. from Lincoln Way East to <br />✓ west line of Bridge over the St. Joseph River, and requested that this portion <br />of pavement be eliminated. The Board took this matter under"adv isement. <br />Mr. James Judie appeared before the Board -and acknowledged that <br />he had put a shingle roof on a building in the fire limits. This matter wee <br />discussed and Mr. Jas. Judie was instructed to appeared at 7:45 P.M. Tuesday <br />November 27th. ,1917. <br />The White Construction Company, represented by Mr. J. Doyle, <br />requested of the Board that an extension of time in which to complete their <br />Pavement improvement Contract on Eddy Street and Mishawaka`Avenue from Jiff rson <br />Blvd. to Center of Nineteenth Street this City be granted to July 1st.,1918. <br />It was revolved by unanimous consent of the Board that the <br />time for the completion of the pavement improvement contract on Eddy Street and <br />M'ishaiaka Avenue from Jefferson Blvd. to center of Nineteenth Street this city, <br />be granted from this date to the 1st. day of June 1918.
