And the Board being fuller advised in the premises_, Alec ids <br />that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements ar <br />equal to hhe estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City givil Enginior <br />and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the <br />same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that not ice& be published obi the 5th. day of <br />December 1917 and on the 12th. day of December 1917 in a newspaper of general c ir- <br />.culatien in said City, stating that -this Bard will receive bids for the construct <br />tion of said, improvements up to 10: 00 .A.U. on the 18th. day of December 1917 <br />The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. <br />The Plat of Tutt's Addition filed with the Board by C. <br />Fassnacht was referred to the City Engineer for report. <br />It was resolved by the Board that Rdveitldlng for bids for <br />grade, curb and walk on Lincoln Way Best from Fremont Str aet to Clive Street <br />under Improvement Resolution No. 558i should be held up until April lat.,191$ <br />Board ordered that resolution for #ipe sewer on Chestnut Street <br />from Napier Street to Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Ry.
