The Plans and specifications for the new centralpumping station reservoir was.presented by kr. Toyae and the samo was discussed by the Board. They plans were referred to the City Engineer to cheek and report to Mr. Payne, j Attorney Wia. A. Uelnerny °counsel for the White Construction Company met with the Board in regard to decision of matter of us ink mortar cushion under tracks brick in street car tracks of ,the Chico,go, ,°Sauth Bend & Northern Indiana Ry. _ Company on Eddy Street and Uishwwaka Avenue pavement improvement. The Board adjourned into executive sossion with Attorney ft. A Inerny on this matter ,and reported no action taken on same. The following plans and estimates were filed by the City Engineer. on Track -Separation of the New York Central Ry. Co.
