Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it is desirable ' to vacate the following i The Alley lying between �l eta ' 2, 3 and 4 in Fords Sub -Division of the suth part of Bank Out lot 60 Des- cribed as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the south east corner of lot 3 in Ford's Sub-Divison of the south part of Bank Out Lot 60, thence west on the south line of.lots 3 and 4 in said Ford's Sdb-Division to the south west corner of lot 4, in. said Ford's SAb-Division ; thence south 9.9 feet to the north west corner of lot 2 in slid Ford's Sub -Division; thence east on the north line of said let 2 to the northeast corner -of said lot 2, thence north easterly to the place of beginning.
