<br />Mr. Roberts of the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company appeared before the
<br />Board and presented a drawing} showing system of extension of cluster lighting system

<br />-on Wayne Street to Lcoln Way East . The Board decided to take this matter under
<br />cons iderat iorl until 7: 45 P.M. this 30th. , dayof October 1917.
<br />Petition received for a pipe serer on Dayton Street from lst. alley
<br />west of Leer Street to Marine Street. +he same was read and placed on file.

<br />and spec if icat ions on Track Separation of the New York Central Ry. Company tracks

<br />Notice is hereby given that plans and spef is iat ions adn estimates
<br />Of cost have been filed in the office of the Board of Public Works of the City of South
<br />V Bend, Indiana, by the New York Central Railroad Company, and the Grand Trunk Western
<br />Ry. System and the City of South Bend under the above resolution adopted November 27th.,
<br />1916, and that said Board will receive and hear remonstrances from persons interested
<br />in and affected by such improvement, as -well as the cost thereof on the 19th. day of
<br />November at 7:30 o'clock P.M. 1917 at its office in the City Hall at South Bend, Indiana,
<br />and at said hearing which may be adjourned from time to time said Board shall consider
<br />such rematiatran,,es, if any, and thereupon take final action and confirm, modify or change
<br />such res olut ion , as well as any -of the pans, and specifications so filed, and shall at
<br />such hearing approve, modify, allow or disallow the estimates of cost so placed on file
<br />by said railroad companies and said city respectively.
