Place have this: <br />order taken care of and oblige. <br />Mr. Anderson City Civil Engineer took up matter of sewer tap not being <br />in in Mease Addition on Lincoln Way West. Reported that party could not find <br />connection,3taps only put in by the City in 283 feet. The Board informed <br />him they would take care of relaying of pavement by the City. <br />Partial estimate allowed H. L. Same <br />read and placed on file. <br />Engineeri filed assessment roll and final estimate for water connections <br />on Miami Street from Fox Street to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. <br />549. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published <br />on the 18th. day of October 1917 and on the 25th. day of October 1917 in the South <br />Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of <br />such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 30th. day of October 1917 <br />at 7:45 P.U. <br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above coAtract be <br />accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of tAis <br />resolution shall be published on the 18th. day of October 1917 and on the 25th. <br />day of October 1917 in the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board <br />will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall <br />on the 30th. day of November 1917 at 7:45 P.M. <br />
