�pLTH ,g� <br />2' <br />Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2012 <br />The June 25, 2012 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br />order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 6:20 p.m. in the Council's Informal <br />Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Schey, Dr. Fred <br />Ferlic, Dr. David Varner, Oliver J. Davis, Dieter, Gavin Ferlic, and White, and Council <br />Attorney Kathleen Cekanski- Farrand. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the June 21, 2012, Notice of Executive <br />Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to (B) initiation of litigation <br />or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened in writing, pursuant to Indiana <br />Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) (copy attached) <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the June 21, 2012 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 6:46 p.m. <br />Respect submitted, <br />/ ' <br />Derek D. c Teter, C rtn i i nt <br />Council Member at Large <br />South Bend Common Council <br />Attachment <br />
