The contract for trucking services is for one (1) year. The lowest, responsive responsible bidder will assist the City of South Bend Organic Resources Facility in its efforts to supply Biosolids to local farm fields. Organic Resources is seeking competitive bids for a "Per Truck, Per Hour" price. The successful bidder for the contract shall be available on an on -call basis between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., Monday through Sunday. Proposed dates for advertising are as follows: Friday, January 25, 2019 Friday, February 1, 2019 Bid Opening shall be February 12, 2019. The Division of Utilities and Organic Resources Team will review bids and provide an Award Recommendation at the February 26, 2019 Board of Public Works Meeting. The funding source for this contract shall be the Division of Utilities, Organic Resources "Contractual Services Other" account 641-0631-793-63-35.
