A TPA typically provides or coordinates the provision of a number of such services and performs administrative tasks concerning the operation of drug and alcohol testing programs for employers. This term includes, but is not limited to, groups of employers who join together to administer, as a single entity, the drug and alcohol testing programs of its members (e.g., having a combined random testing pool), • Verified test means a drug test result or validity testing result from a DHHS-certified laboratory that has undergone review and final determination by the MRO. BCRC will provide an identification card to each participant which will reflect the results of the Drug & Alcohol Screen Test from the laboratory and as confirmed by the Medical Review Officer (MRO).
