Facility description <br />St. Joseph Energy Center is an Electric Power Generation Facility that engages in the production of <br />electricity using natural gas in a combustion turbine process. This facility operates 24 hours / 7 days <br />per week on two 12 hour shifts. The facility is manned by 23 plant petsonnel. <br />:PART I — EFFLUENT LI!'ITATION <br />A. Sample Port and Collection Location <br />1. Sample Outfall Site #054 is located at the Hot Box location. Sample Site #054 is <br />considered to be end -of -process. <br />2. Any discharge of water or waste having a pH lower than 6.0 S.U. or a pH higher <br />than 11.0 S.U. is prohibited. If "Report" appears on the table, it has been determined <br />that an allocation of this pollutant is not necessary. The permittee shall compare any monitoring data for these pollutants with the <br />screening table in Part I (3) below.
