Please get a price to temporarily power the Riverwalk lights from the H-Frame that set next to the bridge on the South end of the project. This price should include all incidentals needed to disconnect the old power feed and power all the lighting from the southernmost pole. The City of South Bend has determined that this work is in addition to the Contract requirements. You are directed to perform the above work prior to the execution of a Contract Change Order, with the increase not to exceed $ X The above provides direction from the City of South Bend. The Contractor is authorized and obligated to proceed with the work as detailed herein. It is the determination of the City of South Bend that this work is not in addition to the contract requirements. If the Contractor disagrees with this determination, you must provide written notice to the cityprior to the commencement of this work. The City of South Bend has not determined that this work is in addition to the Contract requirements.
