CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING <br />JANUARY 15, 2019 9 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />January 15, 2019, by Board Member Therese Dorau with Board Members Elizabeth Maradik, <br />Suzanna Fritzberg, and Board President Gary Gilot present. Board Member Laura O'Sullivan was <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 131h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS I` <br />Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; <br />and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg <br />stated the following claims were submitted to the board for approval: <br />Name 11 <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />PNC Equipment Finance, LLC; U.S. Bank National <br />Association; VPA Experiential Vehicle; Requisition No. 16 <br />$75,000 <br />01/08/2019 <br />City of South Bend <br />$1,727,903.71 <br />01/15/2019 <br />Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved <br />as submitted Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion by Ms. Dorau, seconded <br />by Ms. Maradik and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:04 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Gary .
